How much does a headshot session cost?

A one-hour studio session is $395. Retouched images are $110 each
Multi image discounts available. 2x $190, 3x $255,

The session includes professional promotional usage for the images you purchase.

What’s included in the session fee?

Your session includes up to one hour of studio photography, one or two wardrobe looks, a pre-session consultation, wardrobe and presentation guidance, posing and expression direction, live image review, and a private proof gallery. Retouched images are purchased separately.

How many finished images do I receive?

Choose the images you want from your proof gallery. Each image you select for professional retouching is $110 and is delivered in high-resolution and web-ready formats.

I feel awkward in front of the camera. Can you help?

You don’t need to arrive knowing how to pose. We’ll talk about the impression you want your image to make, and I’ll guide you through expression, posture, and framing. You can review images with me as we shoot so we can adjust the direction together.

What should I wear?

Your pre-session consultation includes wardrobe and presentation guidance. You can bring one or two looks, and we’ll consider how each supports the purpose of your headshot.

How soon will I receive my images?

After the session, you’ll receive a private proof gallery to review and choose from within 2-3 days of shoot. Once you select your favorites, I’ll retouch and deliver 3k high-resolution digital jpegs as downloads within 5 days or sooner.

Do you offer makeup or additional styling help?

Professional makeup is available based on individual artist rates ranging from $300 and up. A separate wardrobe and styling consultation is available for $100.

Where does the session take place?

Sessions take place in my Bethesda studio. I’ll provide the studio details when your session is arranged. Larger custom studios are available as an optional add-on based on availibility and pricing.
